OtoPilot akıllı otomobil asistanı platformuna (mobil uygulama, web sitesi ve ilgili API servisleri) hoş geldiniz. Bu Kullanım Koşulları, veri sorumlusu ve hizmet sağlayıcısı Edip Ertürk ("OtoPilot") tarafından sunulan hizmetlerden yararlanan tüm bireysel kullanıcıların yasal hak ve yükümlülüklerini düzenlemektedir.
Uygulamaya üye olarak, giriş yaparak veya hizmetlerimizi kullanarak, bu koşullara tamamen ve kayıtsız şartsız bağlı kalacağınızı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen platformu kullanmayınız. İletişim: support@oto-pilot.app.
OtoPilot, kullanıcıların araçlarının yasal yükümlülüklerini (TÜVTÜRK muayene, Zorunlu Trafik Sigortası, Kasko) ve periyodik bakımlarını takip etmelerini sağlayan, yapay zeka (AI) destekli bir otomobil asistanıdır. Platform kapsamındaki AI servisleri ve kurallar motoruna ilişkin yasal şartlar şunlardır:
OtoPilot-OCR-Agent, yüklediğiniz sigorta poliçesi ve fatura görüntülerinden otomatik veri çıkarımı yapmaktadır. Çıkarılan bu verilerin (özellikle vade ve ödeme tutarlarının) doğruluğunu kontrol etmek ve son onay aşamasında doğrulamak tamamen kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır. OCR çıktılarındaki olası yanlış okumalardan ötürü vadelerin kaçırılması durumunda OtoPilot yasal sorumluluk kabul etmez.OtoPilot-Score-Agent tarafından hesaplanan araç sağlık puanı (0-100), tamamen yasal belgelerin mevcudiyetine ve bakım sıklığına dayalı algoritmik bir göstergedir. Aracın mekanik veya fiziki durumuna dair resmi bir garanti veya ekspertiz raporu niteliği taşımaz.Kullanıcılar, telefon numaralarıyla SMS OTP (Tek Kullanımlık Şifre) doğrulaması veya e-posta/şifre kombiniyle platforma üye olabilirler. Şifrenizin ve OTP kodlarının gizliliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
OtoPilot yasal hatırlatıcı servisi, kullanıcının belirlediği periyotlara ve yasal tarihlere göre anlık bildirim (FCM push notification) gönderir. Bildirimlerin cihaz donanımı, işletim sistemi kısıtlamaları veya internet kesintileri nedeniyle teslim edilememesi durumunda gecikme cezalarından OtoPilot sorumlu tutulamaz.
Premium abonelikler ve tek seferlik rapor satın alımları Google Play Store veya Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır; ödemeler mağaza hesabınıza yansır. Abonelikler, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir ve ücret aynı dönem için yeniden tahsil edilir. Uygulama içindeki "Aboneliği Yönet" bağlantısı sizi doğrudan mağaza abonelik ekranına götürür; iptal, içinde bulunulan dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
Dijital hizmetlerde tüketicinin onayıyla ifasına anında başlanan aboneliklerde cayma hakkı istisnaları (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15) uygulanabilir; iade talepleri fiilen mağaza (Apple/Google) iade politikalarına tabidir. Güncel fiyatlar satın alma ekranında gösterilir. Hesabınızı silmeniz, aktif mağaza aboneliğinizi otomatik iptal ETMEZ; aboneliği ayrıca mağaza ayarlarından iptal etmelisiniz.
Başkasına ait bir belge (örn. ruhsat, poliçe) yüklüyorsanız, ilgili kişinin verisini yükleme/işleme konusunda gerekli yetki veya rızaya sahip olduğunuzu beyan ve taahhüt edersiniz. Bu beyanın doğru olmamasından doğacak her türlü sorumluluk münhasıran size aittir; OtoPilot bu kapsamda üçüncü kişilere karşı sorumlu tutulamaz.
OtoPilot; OCR/AI çıktılarının hatalı olması, bildirim gecikmeleri, üçüncü taraf hizmet kesintileri (mağaza, bulut altyapısı, yapay zeka sağlayıcısı) veya kullanıcı kaynaklı yanlış veri girişinden doğan doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan, kanunun izin verdiği azami ölçüde sorumlu tutulamaz. Hizmetler "olduğu gibi" sunulur; hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağına dair açık ya da zımni bir garanti verilmez.
Bu Kullanım Koşulları Türk hukukuna tabidir. Bu koşullardan doğan her türlü uyuşmazlıkta, Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun kapsamındaki tüketici hakem heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemeleri dahil, kullanıcının yerleşim yerindeki yetkili İl/İlçe Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri ile bunların dışında kalan hallerde İstanbul (Anadolu) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

OtoPilot is an AI-powered automobile assistant that enables users to track administrative timelines (TÜVTÜRK inspections, Compulsory Traffic Insurance, Kasko) and periodic maintenance plans. Legal terms regarding AI services and the rules engine include:
OtoPilot-OCR-Agent extracts details from uploaded insurance policies and invoices. Reviewing and confirming the accuracy of these extracted details (specifically expiration dates and amounts) is solely the user's responsibility. OtoPilot assumes no liability for missed deadlines caused by OCR inaccuracies.OtoPilot-Score-Agent is an algorithmic indicator based purely on document validity and service logs recency. It does not constitute a physical vehicle inspection, mechanical guarantee, or expert valuation report.Users can sign up using SMS OTP (One-Time Password) verification or email/password credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account activities.
The OtoPilot smart reminder system dispatches proactive FCM push notifications according to set milestones. OtoPilot is not liable for administrative penalties or rate increases resulting from notifications that are undelivered due to hardware settings, network drops, or OS-level sleep limitations.
Premium subscriptions and one-time report purchases are made via Google Play Store or Apple App Store; payments are billed to your store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the fee is charged again for the same period. The in-app "Manage Subscription" link takes you directly to the store's subscription screen; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
For digital services whose performance begins immediately with consumer consent, withdrawal-right exceptions (under Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Art.15) may apply; refund requests are subject to the actual refund policies of the store (Apple/Google). Current prices are shown on the purchase screen. Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your active store subscription; you must cancel the subscription separately via your store account settings.
If you upload a document belonging to another person (e.g. a registration certificate or policy), you represent and warrant that you hold the necessary authorization or consent to upload/process that person's data. You bear sole responsibility for any consequence arising from an inaccurate representation; OtoPilot cannot be held liable to third parties in this respect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OtoPilot shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from inaccurate OCR/AI output, notification delays, third-party service outages (store, cloud infrastructure, AI provider), or user-entered incorrect data. Services are provided "as is"; no express or implied warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the user's place of residence under the Law on the Protection of Consumers, and otherwise to the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Anadolu), Türkiye.

Yukarıda sayılan hizmet sağlayıcılarının sunucu altyapısının yurt dışında bulunması nedeniyle kişisel verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılabilmektedir. Bu aktarımın hukuki dayanağı, KVKK m.9 uyarınca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'nun ilan ettiği Standart Sözleşme (uygun güvence) mekanizmasıdır; aktarım açık rızanıza dayanmaz. Standart Sözleşmeler ilgili veri işleyenlerle imzalanmakta ve Kurul'a bildirilmektedir.
Kişisel verileriniz; uçtan uca şifreleme (yüklenen belgeler Supabase Storage'da şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır), sunucu erişimlerinde SSL/TLS protokolleri, rol bazlı erişim kontrolü ve kod-düzeyinde sahiplik denetimi (kullanıcı yalnızca kendi verisine erişebilir), düzenli güvenlik güncellemeleri ve yetkisiz erişime karşı izleme mekanizmalarıyla korunmaktadır.
Cihaz/çökme/performans telemetrisi psödonim bir kimlikle toplanır; ad-soyad, e-posta, plaka veya belge içeriği kesinlikle gönderilmez. Bu işleme meşru menfaate (m.5/2-f) dayanır ve belgelendirilmiş bir denge testi (menfaatler dengesi testi) ile desteklenir. Bu teşhis paylaşımını dilediğiniz zaman uygulama içi "Gizlilik ve Güvenlik" menüsünden kapatabilirsiniz (opt-out).
Hesabınızı uygulama içinden sildiğinizde, hesabınıza bağlı araç, hatırlatma, gider ve belge kayıtlarınız anında silinme sürecine alınır. Web üzerinden yapılan silme taleplerinde, kötüye kullanımı önlemek amacıyla 7 günlük bir bekleme (grace) süresi uygulanır; bu süre içinde tekrar giriş yaparak talebi iptal edebilirsiniz. Bekleme süresinin sonunda otomatik bir arka plan görevi (cron) verilerinizi kalıcı olarak siler. Bazı kayıtlar (örn. yasal saklama yükümlülüğü doğuran işlemsel kayıtlar veya pazarlama rızası ispatı) sınırlı bir süre için istisnai olarak, yalnızca hukuki savunma amacıyla ve psödonimize edilmiş şekilde saklanabilir. Because the server infrastructure of the providers listed above is located abroad, your personal data may be transferred outside Türkiye. The legal basis for this transfer is the Standard Contract (adequate safeguard) mechanism announced by the Personal Data Protection Board under KVKK Art.9; the transfer does not rely on your explicit consent. Standard Contracts are executed with the relevant data processors and notified to the Board.
Your personal data is protected via end-to-end encryption (uploaded documents are stored encrypted in Supabase Storage), SSL/TLS protocols for server access, role-based access control and code-level ownership checks (a user can only access their own data), regular security updates, and monitoring against unauthorized access.
Device/crash/performance telemetry is collected under a pseudonymous identifier and never includes your name, email, license plate, or document content. This processing relies on legitimate interest (Art.5/2-f) and is supported by a documented balancing test. You can disable this diagnostic sharing at any time from the in-app "Privacy & Security" menu (opt-out).
When you delete your account in-app, your associated vehicle, reminder, expense, and document records enter immediate deletion. Web-initiated deletion requests are subject to a 7-day grace period to prevent abuse; you can cancel the request by signing back in during that window. At the end of the grace period, an automated background job (cron) permanently purges your data. Certain records (e.g. transactional records subject to statutory retention, or marketing consent proof) may be retained exceptionally, for a limited period, solely for legal defense purposes and in pseudonymized form. OtoPilot helps you track your vehicle's legal obligations and expenses, and processes your personal data solely to provide this service. This Privacy Policy summarizes the app's approach to data processing; for the detailed KVKK clarification, see the "KVKK Notice" tab.
Account details (email, name), vehicle and document information, reminder and expense records, documents you optionally upload and their OCR results, and anonymous telemetry/crash data for app stability. Document upload and OCR are performed only with your explicit consent.
Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS) and stored on access-controlled infrastructure; uploaded documents are kept in a private, access-restricted document vault (Supabase Storage).
You can manage your consents at any time from "Settings › Manage My Consents", and anonymous telemetry sharing from "Privacy & Data Settings". You can delete your account and data from within the app or at oto-pilot.app/delete-account. For your detailed KVKK rights, see the "KVKK Notice" tab.

Mobil uygulama içerisinde çerezler yerine cihazın güvenli yerel önbellek yapıları (KMP PlatformStorage) ve şifrelenmiş oturum anahtarları kullanılmaktadır. The OtoPilot landing page and sandbox dashboard implement the following cookies:

OtoPilot'ta araç belgelerinizi (ruhsat, sigorta poliçesi, bakım/servis belgesi vb.) yükleme özelliği isteğe bağlıdır. Bu özelliği kullanmayı seçerseniz, yüklediğiniz belgelerin yalnızca; (i) yazılı bilgilerin otomatik okunması (OCR) amacıyla işlenmesine ve (ii) şifreli belge kasasında saklanmasına açık rızamla onay veriyorum. Yalnızca gerekli alanlar işlenir (veri minimizasyonu); belgeler tarafımca silinene veya hesabım silinene kadar saklanır.
Bu rızayı vermek zorunda değilsiniz; vermemeniz halinde belge yükleme dışındaki tüm özellikleri kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz. Rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman "Ayarlar › Rızalarımı Yönet" bölümünden geri çekebilirsiniz; geri çekme, o ana kadar yapılan işlemeyi etkilemez.
Yüklediğiniz belgeler, hizmet sağlayıcı altyapıları aracılığıyla yurt dışında işlenebilir; bu aktarım KVKK m.9 kapsamında Kurul'un Standart Sözleşmesi (uygun güvence) ile yapılır. Başkasına ait bir belge yüklüyorsanız, ilgili kişinin verisini yükleme/işleme konusunda gerekli yetki/rızaya sahip olduğunuzu ve sorumluluğun size ait olduğunu kabul edersiniz.

Uploading your vehicle documents (registration certificate, insurance policy, maintenance/service records, etc.) in OtoPilot is optional. If you choose to use this feature, I give my explicit consent for the documents I upload to be processed solely for: (i) automatic reading of written information (OCR), and (ii) storage in an encrypted document vault. Only the necessary fields are processed (data minimization); documents are retained until I delete them or my account is deleted.
You are not obligated to give this consent; if you decline, you may continue to use all features other than document upload. You can withdraw your consent at any time from "Settings › Manage My Consents"; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out prior to that point.
Documents you upload may be processed abroad through service-provider infrastructure; this transfer is carried out under KVKK Art.9 pursuant to the Board's Standard Contract (adequate safeguard). This transfer does not rely on your explicit consent; it is stated here for disclosure purposes only. See the KVKK Privacy Notice for details.
If you upload a document belonging to another person, you represent that you hold the necessary authorization/consent to upload/process that person's data and that responsibility lies with you.
